Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RANSQUIP INTERNATIONAL has developed a special type ailer to carry indivisible loads due to weight, bulk or as a )mbination of both. It meets the requirements of the Northlerton-based heavy haulier Sunter Bros Ltd.

Features include a four axled 2 ton rated BPW bogie with a If tracking rear axle to reduce 're scrub and assist in anoeuvring. The chassis can extended from 14.4m (47ft n) to 18.4m (601t 4in) to give main deck dimension behind ie frame step of 11m (36ft n) to 15m (49 ft 2 in).

Unlike previous Transquip ;tendables, the Sunters trailer is conventional side members, Japted to incorporate the telescopic geometry, rather than a single central box section spine member.

If necessary, the full 15m main deck can become a well for vessel-carrying, as the floor boarding between the main rails lifts in sections.

Extra long loads may be supported midway along the deck gap by a 600mm (2ft) deck section acting as a sliding bolster.

Self-retracting air "susiesand electrical connections link the two halves of the trailer deck.

The plated gross trailer weight is 48 tons with a maximum imposed load kingpin design of 16 tons.

Location of the kingpin ahead at the frame step permits coupling to both four and six wheeled tractive units
