• Mr. R. Marsh does not think that a reference to the Prices and Incomes Board will be called for in the case of the fare increases by the Eastern National Omnibus Co. Ltd.
Turning down a request for this step in the Commons, the Minister pointed out that an appeal had been lodged by a number of local authorities in Essex against the giant of the increases by the Traffic Commissioners. He would determine this appeal under the 1960 Road Traffic Act.
