Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DUR1NG April, 18,421 goods vehicles, road-haulage tractors and special-type vehicles were produced, together with 151 battery-electrics, and the total passenger-vehicle output was 665. Weekly average output was 4,809 of all types, making 19,237 for the month.

Of the goods vehicles, road-haulage tractors and special types, 9,968 were of under 15 cwt. capacity. 3,613 15 cwt.3 tons, 3,297 3-6 tons, and 1,543 over 6 tons. Of the passenger vehicles, 468 were single-deck and 196 double-deck motorbuses and one was a trolleybus.

In the four months ended April 30, 82,551 goods vehicles, road-haulage tractors and special-type vehicles were produced, made up of 41,980 of up to 15 cwt. capacity, 18,408 15 cwt.-3 tons, 15,133 3-6 tons, and 7,030 over 6 tons.

Them were also produced 700 battery-electrics and 3.008 passenger vehicles, of which 2,128 were singledeck and 842 double-deck motorbuses and 38 trolleybuses. Overall total for the four months was 86,259. The value of commercial-vehicle exports in April (including dumpers. dump trucks, industrial trucks and ttailers) was £7,749,444.
