Renault's iconic Magnum had fresh life breathed into it recently by the 440 and 480bp 12-iitre DX112 diesel based upon the previous 1:112 Volvo block. The Euro-4 Magnum will lake a 13-litre Volvo engine with SCR: ratings will be announced shortly.
Inside the Magnum's face-lifted flat-floor cab there are a number of seating and bunk configurations to choose from, such as a table and fully-reclining passenger seat options. The standard box is the 16-speed ZF Ecosplit, but there's a new Optidriver auto based upon —you guessed it—Volvo's I-Shift, with simplified and more driver-friendly software. Chassis options include 4x2 and 6x2 pusher mid-lifts.
