Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Pertiaps the forgotten multi-axle rigid here, the Strata still offers customers an effective product. iveco has pushed the Strata towards municipal and construction work, with a choice of 6x4 and 8x4 configurations with either a Cursor 8 offering 310 or 350hp or Cummins ISMe driveline producing 345,385 or 420hp. The R6 8x4 chassis cab with the Cursor 8 engine weighs 8,345kg —204kg lighter than the Cummins— and otters operators a serious chance of getting 21 tonnes plus payload with the right body in place. Further options include a 4x2 tipper range.

Away from this though the ageing cab won't endear it to the drivers, but it might just swing the vote of the decision makers. A new cab, based on the Iveco Trakker, will arrive in 2006. But suspicions remain that the brand may be sacrificed along with the Cummins engine.

No powerful Cursor option for road-friendly performance.
