Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Dawbarn & Sons Ltd, in conjunction with C&C Hydraulics Ltd, have developed the new WRAPTOR rollover system that sets the highest standards for sheeting equipment on bulk bodied vehicles.

Dawbarn, the UK's leading supplier of vehicle sheeting systems for 15 years ,will market the WRAPTOR alongside its existing comprehensive range of Evertaut products already available in the UK. Dawbarn will also market the WRAPTOR in the USA through their partnership with Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems. C&C will be marketing the WRAPTOR elsewhere abroad through their subsidiary in New Zealand , AL-KO in Holland and Belgium, Bezares in Spain and associated companies and agents over the rest of the world.

The WRAPTOR side-to-side rollover sheeting system has been based on the successful Evertaut Clearspan design to enable operators to meet stringent health and safety legislation. The WRAPTOR has been thoroughly field tested for twelve months and is capable of dealing with the most demanding of environments. This exhaustive development work has delivered a sheeting system that is both reliable and maintenance free.

The sheet is powered by actuators in the front and rear domes, using synchronized hydraulic cylinders. A hydraulic orbit motor, mounted in the sheet's centre pole, winds the sheet up when opening, and acts as a break when closing. Two hydraulically activated pins act as a mechanical lock when the sheet is closed and the vehicle is moving.

The WRAPTOR is cab-operated, taking just seconds to open and close using a dedicated electro hydraulic powerpack. All components in the system have been designed by C&C Hydraulics, using the very latest in Solid Works 3D de technology, to deliver years of trot free use. The system's components F been recorded using C&C's electn monitoring equipment so that characteristics have been loxed in a v spectrum of working conditions.
