Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Portuguese-built Ism received a largely cosmetic makeover last summer, but the biggest change is that it will soon be available with a potentially impressive automatic transmission. Vehicles are available in chassis-cab form with a number of body options—tipper, dropside and box. A compact cab sat atop a workman-like 3.0-litre engine line-up makes the NKR a popular choice in the 3.5-tonne sector. The top power rating is 130hp.

Isuzu's factory-offered Grafter tipper option is particularly attractive for local authority and construction sectors. The cab's a bit cramped and the interior design lacks the quality and style of European chassis-cab rivals—the cab upgrade it needs is overdue. But its light weight gives NKR the productivity edge over Europeans and lsuzu has a renowned customer care package.
