Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

need ultimate carrying capacity the Clio is well worth a look. What you get is a thoroughly engineered machine with a strong character. A payload of 460kg and load volume of 0.95m3 may not be the best, but it should be good for most purposes.

Ditto the 1.5-litre engine that pulls well across the rev range, though the gearshift is a touch sloppy in action. Renault continues its tradition of capable chassis with the Clio–it handles sharply through the corners and absorbs adverse road conditions without a fuss.

When laden the rear suspension does compress noticeably, but not enough to greatly affect the quality of the drive. And on a practical level fuel economy is competitive enough to stay with the pack.
