• Paneltex, the Hull-based specialist insulated panel and truck body manufacturer has acquired Wilsdon & Co of Solihull from Associated British Foods. It will integrate the Wilsdon designs with its own Percheron range of insulated bodywork, particularly the refrigerated airport support vehicle, Eurowall sliding sider body and bakery design with Cargolifter integral tail-lift.
All production will be centered at the Kingston International Business Park.
