Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A range of stillages designed for the safe transportation of materials in drums has been launched by Mid-Anglia Engineering, which says its system eliminates the risk of spillage, even if drums fall off a lorry. The stillage ensures the drums are locked in position if a lorry crashes or overturns.

Mid-Anglia claims hauliers can save loading and unloading time by using a multi-drum stillage, delivering the full stillage to the customer in return for an "empty".

The stillages are attached to the chassis by quick-release anchor bolts which are located beneath deck level to allow the lorry to be used as a conventional flatbed with the stillages removed.

The system caters for drums with diameters of between 700-900mm, with lengths of up to two metres, up to a maximum weight of 1,500kg.
