Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Robin Woolcock is to take over from Richard Ide as commercial vehicle director of Volkswagen Audi Group (UK), sole importer of Volkswagens, Audis and MANs into Britain.

Ide ha moved up to become managing director of VAG (see News Profile, page 13) and Woolcock, until recently sales operations director of Leyland Daf, will now hold the reins at MAN's Swindon base. He will be responsible for MAN and Volkswagen trucks, vans and buses and will have a seat on the VAG board.

Delays in his original plan to buy a Leyland Daf dealership persuaded Woolcock to grab the VAG opportunity when it came along: "The position at Swindon is an exceptional opportunity to work with a successful and established team, and I am looking forward to it enormously," he says.
