Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Parceline's contract distribution venture hopes to launch it within the next six months.

Ingilby Dickson says about 20 prospective clients are being courted, and claims that the service, specialising in single-picking small loads, will be the only one of its kind in the UK.

It will differ from distribution services offered to banks by companies such as Securicor because it will use a system of dedicated warehouses.

Dickson was recruited from Parceline's parent Mayne Nickless in Australia. He says the service is taking a long time to set up because of its complex logistics.

"It's easy to load a pallet onto the back of a truck, but when you've got to get inside a package and break out two rulers for delivery, it's more difficult," he says.
