Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE THIRD lpg powered bus is to take to the road early this year in Carlisle. The bus, a Leyland Atlantean AN68 with Eastern Coachworks body, was converted to run on gas by NBC subsidiary Ribble at its Central works. Yorkshire Autogas Ltd at Halifax assisted Ribble with the conversion which uses a Leyland 680 engine experimentally converted. The Atlantean joins an Atlantean powered by a Rolls-Royce engine with a Voith gearbox which has been in service for some months with South Yorkshire PTE and a Daimler Fleetime with a Rolls-Royce engine which has been in service with Cleveland Transit for several years.
