Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Roadline is in the money — even if it will not buy anything in Britain. The BBC Blue Peter children's television programme has appealed for British pre-decimal and foreign coins, which are to be exchanged by a Swiss bank for the equivalent currency to buy what are described as medi-bikes. These are for use in the medical service in Africa and 400 are needed.

Roadline, which has a tradition of charitable association with Blue Peter, has offered to deliver the coins free of charge to the appeal headquarters at Kidlington, Oxfordshire. It would be churlish to suggest that the company's motives are other than philanthropic but its generosity is an excellent example of public relations that other transport operators might well emulate.
