Miss Gains says that -some of these young people are missing out.The young executive in a smaller company is perhaps missing out more than others, as he is unlikely to meet his counterparts and exchange ideas with them unless he joins. He is also likely to have little firsthand knowledge of the RHA.
YES's main objective, says Miss Gains, is -to improve the professional status of the hire and reward operator". When the current subscription renewal has been completed, the YES will be stronger and will perhaps begin to think about the provisions in its Objects which allow for its voice to be heard on broader issues in the RHA.
It would be a pity if a majority of young executives in the road haulage industry were not contributing to its collective voice.
