,N ALL-NEW DAF sixheeler is to be launched at le Brussels Show on January 7. It is aimed at the tipper, ulk and crane-mounted marets.

Designated the FAB 300, the new vehicle is an ldition to the range, which ill be on display at the Show. Brussels will also be the first ne that DAF has been able to exhibit its complete 2100/2300 range which has now been completed with the addition of 4x2, 6x2 and 6x4 chassis.

The 2100 will be making its Brussels debut and will be available with either DHR or DH 825 engines in both tractive unit form and rigid chassis.

A new bus chassis aimed at the urban bus market will also be making its show debut at Brussels.

The SB210 DKL with a horizontal DKL 1160 engine mounted behind the rear axle has been designed to have a low front entrance made pos sible by dropping the chassis frame ahead of the rear axle to make the front of the chassis much lower.

A new coach chassis—the MB200DKTL based on the MB200—will also be on show, powered by a new engine, the DKTL1160 which the company says has been specifically designed for high speed and high all-round performance.

It is mounted horizontally between the axles and has an output of 185kW.

DAF will also be showing the SB2000DHU chassis, which made its debut at the Paris show last year. It is powered by the same engine used in the 2300-Series commercial vehicles.
