Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A BRITISH international haulier has taken delivery of two refrigerated vans fitted with tri-axle suspension.

This is the first time that Freight Bonallack Coldsaver vans have been fitted with the Rubery Owen tri-axle suspension for a UK customer. The operator, Harding Brothers, is using the 40ft semi-trailers for international carriage of frozen foodstuffs for ships' stores.

Harding Bros, based in Avonmouth, specified the triaxle system to take advantage of higher weight limits on some overseas routes.
