The American side of the Fruehauf group, the Fruehauf Corporation of America, has acquired the two Dennison Trailers factories, one near Dublin and the other near Belfast. These will continue to operate separately and are now known as Fruehau Ireland and Fruehauf Northern Ireland respectively.
