A REVISED UK-Italy road haulage arrangement came into force on January 1.
The main reVision in the arrangement concerns reciprocal exemption from certain road and vehicle taxes on goods vehicles operating between the UK and Italy.
As well as exemption from the Italian fixed taxes, vehicles are now also exempt from the Italian circulation tax (tasso de circulazione). Other more minor amendments have also been incorporated in the revised arrangement.
