Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the oil engine from 1861, when Nikolaus August Otto conceived the four-stroke cycle, to the present day is covered in a new film, " A History of the Oil Engine," produced by Shell-Mex and B.P., Ltd.

To tell its story the film uses some 400 drawings, photographs, plans and paintings as stills, but they are put together in such a way as to give an impression of movement. The film has a running time of 33 minutes and is available in 35 mm. and 16 mm. sizes on free loan from Shell-Mex and B.P.. Ltd.. Shell-Mex House, Strand, London,W.C.2.

Concurrently with the release of the film, Shell-Mex and B.P. have published a 108-page book, An Outline History of the Oil Engine and its Lubrication." This deals with the same sLbject in more detail, particularly in the case of lubricants and lubrication.
