national. Ltd., has agreed to release Mr. F. B. Dixon from his position as deputy managing director to enable him to devote more of his time to activities outside the Standard-Triumph Group.
Mr. Dixon will nevertheless spend the greater part of his time within the Group supervising and co-ordinating the expansion of the body-building facilities at Speke, -Liverpool, and will take up the appointment of executive chairman of Standard-Triumph (Liverpool), Ltd., Sir Henry Spurrier retiring from this office in his favour.
Mr. Dixon will continue as chairman of the other two companies in the Body Division of the group, namely Auto Body Dies, Ltd., and Technical Woodwork Co., Ltd. He will retain his seat on the board of Standard-Triumph International, Ltd.
