Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• More than 100 drivers at Consolidated Land Services of Scunthorpe plan to strike on Wednesday 18 February following a oneday stoppage on 2 February. The drivers are based at steel plants in Scunthorpe, South Wales and Teesside. They are represented by the United Road Transport Union, which describes Monday's strike as "very well supported at all depots". The drivers are concerned about pay rates from 8 April this year and want CLS to implement local pay agreements of £4.35 per hour. CIS currently pays drivers £4.18 per hour.
