side-position/front-direction Idicator has been produced by P. M.G. Thorpe Ltd in addition to a supplementary side-direction indicator that are designed to comply with the E Scheme of the lighting regulations. Features common to both types include acrylic lenses, ABS base and plated ABS bezel, waterproof base seal and phosphor bronze spade terminals.

Designated the PT 9059:00 model, the side-position/frontdirection indicator has a length of 8.5in. (215.9mm) and a width of 6.0in. (152.4mm). The supplementary indicator is known as the PT 526:00 model and has a length and width of 6.0in. (152.4mm) and 4.58in. (116.35 mm) respectively.
