Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A floor coating has been introduced by Spectra Chemicals Ltd that is designed to protect and to put a tough wear-resistant surface on concrete, brick, metal or timber surfaces. It has a drying time of about 1 hour and a treated floor will accept heavy traffic after 24 hours.

Application is by brush or broom by an unskilled worker. One gallon will effectively cover 400/450 so ft. Because of its chlorinated rubber base the paint is equally suitable for outside surfaces and walls, and gives protection against corrosion in the case of metal tanks and pipework. The colour range comprises green, grey, red and white.
