EXHIBITORS AT next year's Tipex show in Harrogate may have been targeted by an unscrupulous organisation claiming to be the official show guide publisher.
Road Transport Media, which owns and runs Tip-ex, received a letter from Mexican-based firm Expo Guide — signed by an Oscar Guerrero — calling on exhibitors to confirm several details via a website, or face being deleted from the exhibitors directory.
The letter is similar to recent scams targeting exhibitors at the CV Show. These letters are not official correspondence from Road Transport Media. We would encourage anyone who receives such a letter to ignore its content, and contact Richard Bennett on richard. bennett@roadtransport.com
