North Western and Welsh traffic areas Wales A PUBLIC inquiry on
16 December will look at disciplinary action against Trojan MEK, based in Maesteg. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
THE TC will look at disciplinary action against Swansea-based Gavin Griffiths Recycling at a PI on 19 December. The repute of the transport manager will also be considered. Warrington
CHAD PLANT & Haulage, based in Warrington, will submit a new application at a hearing on 6 December.
WIGAN-BASED MACK McGoldrick Haulage & Plant Hire will make a new application at an inquiry on 6 December. The TC will also consider attaching conditions.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION against GWAC Dale, based in Sandbach, will be looked at on 10 December at a Pl. The transport manager's repute will also be discussed.
ON 11 December the TC will look at disciplinary action against Southport-based Garrick Fabrications.
LIVERPOOL-BASED MWM is due to appear before the TC on 21 January. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be looked at.
