• Failing to produce tachograph records and permitting a driver to take insufficient daily rest have cost Coggeshall, Essex-based Sydney Papworth £140 in fines and costs. Papworth pleaded guilty before Huntingdon Magistrates, saying that when he was granted an 0-licence he did not really know what it entailed.
