Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Hygienic Pullet Deliveries has won authority for a new operating centre and two extra vehicles — but West Midland Deputy Licensing Authority Alan Cattell has restricted the times of operation and specified the route by which vehicles must enter and leave the site.

The firm had sought to increase its authorisation to seven vehicles and five trailers, and requested authority to use Tippers Hill Lane, Filling, Coventry as its operating centre. The application was opposed by North Warwickshire Borough Council, and there were representations from a number of residents.

For the firm, Michael Carless said the site proposed for the new operating centre was used as a cleansing area for the vehicles under Department of Transport requirements.

If the vehicles had to go there every day to be cleaned, it was far more environmentally friendly for them to stay there.
