• E&R Trailers and Nene Trailer Services have each added unusual designs to their ranges.
NTS has matched a tandem axled trailer to a Mercedes 817 rigid to give Kocurek Excavators of Ipswich an 11 tonne payload at 18.7 tonnes GTW, both bodies having beaver tails.
A step-framer from E&R of Lydney combines a conventional step with a curtainsided front pod allowing local operator Catnic to carry steel lintels on the main bed and boxed items up at the front.
