Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Reddey Mechanical Handling is now marketing a range of Wagner reach-mast battery fork-lift trucks. Available in three lifting capacities, 1,250kg (2,7501b), 1,600kg (3,5201b) or 2,000kg (4,4001b), all with a load centre of filcm (24in) they are designed for precision handling.

Steering can be right or left handed and there is a 95' lock on each side. The change of direction switch is linked to the drive switch, so reverse cannot be selected until the drive pedal is in neutral. With four speeds both forward and reverse, the truck can also be supplied with electronic control. Oil-bath lubrication of the gearing is said to cut maintenance to a minimum. The drive motor is built into the steerable wheel and braking is by means of hydraulically operated external shoes acting on the motor shaft. A mechanical handbrake is also fitted.
