THE new International Harvester Metro-Mite 1--ton delivery van is powered by an Austin A55 petrol engine. This forward-control design has a 200-cu.ft. all-steel body and integral construction is employed.
The Austin engine is rated at 51 b.h.p. and is said to give favourable fuel economy, compared with thesixcylindered engines normally used in vans of this type.
