THE committee formed by the Minister of Transport to consider the staggering of working hours in London has been reconstituted as the London Travel Committee with wider terms of reference. Under the chairmanship of Mr. Alex Samuels, the committee will deal with the whole problem of congestion on the roads and on public transport services in and out of central London.
