Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PART from vans equipped throughriout for the conveyance of hot food, as with the hundreds of such vehicles which were presented to this country by Mr. Henry Ford and his son, the Fordson 10-cwt. van can, by the use of a specially designed rack and containers, be made into an extremely useful and simple vehicle of this type. So equipped, they can be employed for providing hot food for workers some distance from the nearest available kitchen, and meet the requirements of industrial undertakings when the preparation of food on the premises presents difficulties. The rack is of 1-in. by 1-in. by i-in. angle iron, forming two complete frames hinged together, to carry six food containers of the well-known Ford type, with a locking device for securing them. When not in use, the rack can be folded flush with the off-side interior, secured there in a channel and bracket, andlocked by a double-action lever, so that the van can be employed for normal purposes. The equipment includes a long handle with a hook for pushing or pulling the containers into position from the rear. This is located in spring clips when not in use. Each container carries 160 portions of soup, and each van has six, thus totalling 960 portions, whilst the removable pans are of 5 gallons each, and can be carried separately. Each can also be used for cooking as well as carrying. The units are similar to those used in the Ford vans referred to previously, and fully described in this journal on in August 22. The insulated containers are manufactured by Garner Motors, Ltd., North Acton Road, London, N.W.10, and can be obtained from Messrs. W, J. Hubbard and Son, 7, Occupation Road, London, S.E.17.
