The Road Haulage Association (RI IA) says a solution for the current arrangements for Operation Stack in Suffolk when Felixstowe port closes is likely to be confirmed this month.

In April. county councillor and chairman of the Operation Stack steering group, Guy McGregor. admitted to CM that a long-term solution had been ditched due to lack of money (CM 8 April).
