• Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999* gives details of the people and organisations to whom a worker may "blow the whistle"; • Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (Compensation) Regulations 1999** set out the compensation payable to whistleblowers who are unfairly dismissed (note that this will not be subject to a monetary limit).
