• New models called laser and Crusader are joining the Ford Transit range.
The Laser is based on the long-wheelbase Transit 100 with a 1,120kg payload; it comes with a 75hp, 2.5-litre direct-injection diesel and five-speed transmission.
Power mirrors and side win dows, central locking, full-length headlining and a half horizontal bulkhead are included in the £15,261 price (ex-VAT).
The £13,431 Crusader is a short-wheelbase version with a payload of 1,020kg.
It shares the Laser's spec with the addition of a drivers' airbag and ABS.
