Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A 30-year-old agency driver is being detained at a Bristol hospital under the Mental Health Act after he went on the rampage at Cearns 84 Brown's south west regional depot last Wednesday The driver used a 10-tonne Mercedes-Benz truck as a battering ram, shunting a Vauxhall Cavalier through an office wall at the depot in Almondsbury. When the truck became too badly damaged to continue, the driver began laying into other cars with a length of metal pipe.

Staff eventually managed to overpower the 20-stone man as he continued to smash office windows and doors. One person suffered a broken nose, another lost several teeth, and two were treated for cuts. The man, who had only been iivitn the company for two weeks, is now being detained at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. The damage has been estimated at around £200,000.

Cearns 84, Brown chief executive Martin Graham says he is trying to find out what triggered the incident. "This has been a great shock to the company and is extremely unusual," he says. "Our greatest concern now is for the people who were injured in the incident"
