YUGOSLAVIA is to stop issuing taxed transit permits at the borders and will turn back all traffic that does not have the necessary permits before it arrives at the border.
The Yugoslays have made this threat before. But informed sources say the intention, this time, is to refuse entry to any vehicles without the documents.
