The claim is a sequel titan accident which occurred in Dalhousie Road, Dundee; in .August of last year, when one of the operator's double-deck buses skidded and overturned; it is contended by the bus company that the accident was caused by the dangerous condition of theroadsurface, which, it was stated, was made-up of materials that melted and became soft ill warm weather.
