Breaches of the drivers hours and tachograph rules have resulted in the authorisation on the licence held by Isle of Skye-based Roderick D MacDougall being cut from four vehicles to three for six months. The Scottish Traffic Commissioner Joan Aitken also directed that the licence be suspended in its entirety for two weeks from 8 April.

MacDougall. trading as MacDougalls Removals, of Lower Breakish, f3reakish, had been called before the Commissioner at a Kyle of Lochalsh disciplinary inquiry.
