• Tipper driver Cyril McGuiness, of Crossbrook Street, Cheshunt, Herts has been jailed for 18 months by an Old Bailey judge after he was convicted of a series of charges including recklessly driving a tipper. This followed an incident in which McGuiness drove his 20tonne eight-legger over the bonnet of a car driven by a man who owed him money. The incident occured at Ponders End, North London.
