Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Workers at Iveco Ford's Langley plant have voted to take industrial action over pay. A ballot taken yesterday (Wednesday) is expected to confirm a previous show of hands. "Our people are definitely looking for double figures," says union convenor Jock Campbell, warning that other items in the package, including pension arrangements and mobility of labour agreements, are also unacceptable. Last week 1veco Ford offered the 1,100 hourly-paid workers a two-year pay agreement, worth 9.25% in the first year and 8%, or the rate of inflation, in the second, with a £150 cash payment.
