• The top-selling panel van in the UK delivered by Lex Van Contracts is the redoubtable Ford Transit. During the first quarter of this year the Transit took a formidable 70% of the market. Renault's revamped Trafic has lost share in this sector, but it is still comfortably ahead of the third placed Bedford Rascal. The Sherpa 250 has been replaced in eighth place by its heavier and renamed counterpart, the Leyland Daf 400 Series.
