Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SMALL CRANE is being marketed by Hazemin Ltd of Canterbury, Kent, for the light commercial vehicle operator. The compact Auto-con lift crane, with a safe working load of 508kg (10cwt), is suitable for mounting on vehicles of one to five tons payload capacity and measures 0.35m (14in) wide, L325 (4ft Sin) long and 0.525m (21in) high in the stowed position.

Maximum extension of the beam gives a reach of 2.25m (7ft 61n) in any one of four pre-set elevations of 15, 30, 45 or 60°.

The 12v battery-operated, winch is fully waterproof and is equipped with an 8m x 5mm (25ft x 3/16in) galvanised cable which has a breaking strength of 1905 kg (4200 lb).

An automatic cutout pre vents overloading while the gear train automatically locks if the power source is cut off.

The unit is built on a steel base so that it can be mounted on the body platform and attached to the vehicle chassis using U-bolts.

All up weight is 92kg (206 lbs) and the cost is £580 excluding VAT.
