Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Hazelbury Bryan, Valle

• The Keame Group is acquiring troubled Dorset bodybuilder Valle for an undisclosed sum, subject to contract. Vaile opted for a creditors' voluntary liquidation last week (CM 28 Aug-3 Sep) with chief executive Jeremy Thompson blaming wafer-thin profit margins and a drying up of chassis deliveries during August for the firm's difficulties.

Keame, based in Whitstable, Kent, builds specialist bodies for the Ministry of Defence. Two years ago it acquired light commercial vehicle bodybuilder

Hawson Garner, which is on course to turn out 750 bodies this year.

A Keame spokesman says the Vaile acquisition will probably include the Hazelbury Bryan site as well as the business. It is likely that the Valle name will be retained.
