Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A DOOR-TO-DOOR guaranteed overnight delivery service from Avon to London has been launched by Bristol-based Peter Lane Transport.

The service, which is known as Fastlane, has an optional discounted system whereby customers' goods are delivered to and collected from the company's depots at Whitchurch, Bristol and Feltham, Middlesex.

Lane says it is aiming the service primarily at smalls traffic, and believes that it competes favourably with other guaranteed delivery services on the same route. Transport manager Ron Moore said: "I can see it relieving customers of the tiresome and expensive chore of hiring a self-drive van for the day to get an urgent consignment to Bristol or London."

Lane also offers a general freight, distribution, warehousing, contract hire, refrigerated transport, and some engineering services.
