Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A new double-tube fluorescent handlamp has been announced by Bardic Systems. Called the Navigator, this lamp features twin 12in. fluorescent tubes powered from two 6V dry batteries. A switch enables one

or both tubes to be lit: the transistorized circuit ensures minimum battery drain.

The casing comprises two plastics mouldings with a full length 12in. white lens at the front and a 4in. red lens on the back.

Used by drivers of vehicles this lamp will show a red warning light to other traffic while the white light illuminates the work in hand.

Equally suitable for vehicle maintenance or inspection, the flat based casing permits the lamp to be stood up close to the job leaving both hands free for working. A carrying handle is integral with the casing.
