of Warehouse Keepers has recommended to its members that as from October 1 revised rates should come into effect. An increase of eight per cent for handling charges R. H. and D. and 11 per cent for rental charges are recommended.
The increases, the first since October, 1962, have taken into account the basic costs of operation only and make no provision for any improvement in trading margins.
