• A public inquiry on 9 October will look at disciplinary action against AL Campbell (Haulage) based in Lanark. The transport manager’s repute will also be under the spotlight.
Inverness
• On 2 November, a PI will look at disciplinary action against Scots Accident Investigation (Services), based in Nairn. The repute of the transport manager at the business will also be on the agenda.
Leeds
• An inquiry on 9 October will consider disciplinary action against Neilsen Fisheries, based in North Shields.
• L and G Traction, based in Barrow-upon-Humber, will attend a PI on 9 October at which disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager at the business will be considered.
• Northallerton-based Newquip will attend an inquiry on 10 October. Disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute will be looked at.
• The TC will look at a variation application from SW Adamson, based in Leyburn on 10 October as well as disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager.
