23) David Wilcox writes about my design for the M C W Metroliner: "The rear view looks spectacular although one suspects that a little artistic licence has been applied to that rock formation."
I thought that you would be interested in a drawing of 'the rock' as it is in situ. I have isolated it from others and simplified its shape. However, more artistic licence was needed to transform the choppy sea to fiat calm stripes and a leaden threatening sky to the yellow circle of sun for the purposes of good design.
I hope to do more designs this year; I certainly enjoyed this one, my first.
